1. General
In these Terms, “you” or “Customer” refers to the user of the website.
“Tribal Ornaments” / “we” / “us” refers to Bhawani Jewellers.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate.
However:
- Slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
- All product specifications (material, size, chain length, etc.) are clearly mentioned on the product page.
3. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:
- Incorrect pricing or product description
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Abuse of policies
4. Order Fulfillment Policy
All orders are processed and shipped as per availability.
In case of:
- Missing items
- Partial shipments
We will provide:
- Replacement of the missing item at no additional cost, or
- Appropriate resolution based on customer communication
Replacement will be provided for missing items before any refund is considered.
5. Return & Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the product is returned to us.
- The product must be returned in original condition.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
No refund will be processed without return of the delivered product.
6. Replacement Policy
If the customer receives:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incomplete order
We will provide a replacement free of cost.
Once the replacement is successfully delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- Customers must follow the return process for any refund after delivery.
8. Delivery & Responsibility
- We are responsible for the product until it is delivered to the customer.
- Once the product is delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.
9. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must report any issue within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
- Customers must cooperate with the resolution process.
Failure to cooperate in the resolution process may result in rejection of refund requests.
10. Payment Authorization
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay or other payment gateways.
- The customer authorizes the transaction through their bank.
- This confirms the customer’s intent to purchase.
11. Chargebacks & Disputes
Raising a chargeback after successful delivery and resolution (including replacement) is considered misuse of the dispute process.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us first for any issue so we can resolve it promptly.
