Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Certain products, such as gift cards and personalized items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.

Return Process:

  2. Provide Order Details: Share your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

  3. Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify eligibility. If approved, we will process a refund or issue store credit for future purchases.

    • If payment was made by credit card or any online payment method, the refund will be credited to the same account within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, UPI details will be required for refund processing.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Store Credit and Refunds:

  • Store credit will be issued if the return is due to dissatisfaction with the product, a change of mind, or any other reason not caused by our error.

  • Refunds will only be provided in exceptional cases, subject to approval, and a 3% to 5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Exceptions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately. A package opening video proof is mandatory for damage and defective claims.

  • Warranty Claims: If your item is covered by a warranty, please refer to the warranty terms and conditions for guidance on how to proceed with a claim.
